Liquor License

Appleby Vintners Limited holds a current 'Off License' issued by the Tasman District Council, # 51/OF/020/2019, expiry date 2nd December 2021 for our premises located at 106 McShane Road, Richmond, Nelson. See the full Liquor Licence here.

Purchasing

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and receive our wines. All items on this website are priced in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. Delivery charges apply.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.  Most deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days unless disrupted by weather or events beyond our control. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.  Please note that delivery to Rural locations may take up to 7 days.

Refunds/exchange

If the order has been damaged in transit, you are dissatisfied with the goods or have been sent incorrect goods then please contact us asap within 7 days, so we can arrange their return and process your refund/exchange request.

On dispatch of goods ordered, if you wish to amend or reduce your order we cannot offer a refund.

Security of Information

We do not gather or store any credit card information. We do our best to prevent any unauthorised entry into this website. However are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from a third party gaining unauthorised access to our site.  Customer should keep their login and password details safe and confidential at all times.
